ฝนตกหนัก ลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้บริเวณดังกล่าว มีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ ส่วนลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน ทำให้ภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อน โดยมีคลื่นต่ำกว่า 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 1 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง และฝนตกหนักที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
